In small saucepan, combine all ingredients. Over medium heat, cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Boil 1 minute longer. Keep warm for serving. Makes 1 2/3 Cups. Remaining sauce may be kept in covered container in refrigerator.

Hearty Spicy Spaghetti Sauce

Heat oil in a large saucpan set over medium heat. Add onions and garlic. Saute for 2 min. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and bring to a boil, stirring often. Then, reduce heat and simmer, stirring often for at least 5 min.

Jerk Rub

If youve ever had jerked chicken or pork this is the rub thats used. Mix together all the ingredients to make a paste. a food processor fitted with a steel blade is ideal for this store leftovers in the refrigerator in a tightly closed jar for about a month.

Mock Raspberry Jam

In blender or processor, process green tomatoes; add sugar. Boil 20 minutes. Skim. Add jello, stir. Pour into sterilized jars. It must be kept in the refrigerator! Can also be frozen.
