Easy Freezer Strawberry Sorbet

Combine gelatin and sugar in a medium saucepan; stir in water. Let stand 2 minutes. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat; cool. Orange Creamsicle Pie

In small bowl, combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; press onto bottom and sides of 9″ pie plate. Set aside. In large bowl, with electric mixer on medium speed, blend ice cream and orange juice concentrate; spread in prepared crust. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Before serving, garnish with Cool Whip and orange slices.

Vanilla Pudding Ice Cream

Add milk and corn syrup to pudding powder and cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Chill. Add flavorings and heavy cream. Pour into canister and freeze.

Minted Cantaloupe Sauce

canned lemon juice Combine sugar and water. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved; boil 1 min. Add cantaloupe, mint; bring to boil. Remove from heat; add lemon juice. Refrigerate- remove mint. Makes 1 cup. Spoon over slices of vanilla ice cream; garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Vanilla Evaporated Ice Milk

Dissolve the sugar in 2 quarts of milk and heat almost to the boiling point. Remove from heat. Chill, add remaining ingredients and freeze. This is an inexpensive base for a strongly flavored ice cream such as chocolate.

Bon Bon Pie

Cover bottom of 9″ chocolate cookie crust with 1 1/4 boxes of Nestles Bon Bon Ice Cream Nuggets. Mix instant vanilla pudding mix with milk, food coloring and peppermint extract. Spoon over Bon Bons and freeze 5 hours. Decorate with melted chocolate, whipped topping and more Bon Bon nuggets.

Daisy Whites Strawberry Ice Cream
