Frosty Strawberry Salad

–OR– 1 pk (10 oz) frozen strawberries 2 tb Lemon juice 1/2 c Thick cream, whipped OR 1 8 oz. Cool Whip Cream mayonnaise and cheese. Blend in strawberries and lemon juice. Fold in whipped cream. Freeze. cut into squares. Serve on lettuce leaf and garnish with fresh whole strawberries.
