Heat oven to 350~. Blend cake mix, oil, eggs and juice from oranges. Fold in oranges. Pour into a greased and floured 9×13″ cake pan. Bake 35 minutes. Cake texture will be very moist. Combine remaining ingredients, and whip until well mixed. Spread on top of cooled cake. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
