Tomatsmor (tomato Butter)

Cream butter in electric mixer. When light and fluffy, beat in tomato paste, salt and sugar. Transfer to serving bowl, chill until ready to serve. Serve cold, with hot grilled or fried fish.

Pepperrotsmor (horse Radish Butter)

Cream butter with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Drain horseradish, squeeze dry. Beat the horseradish and salt into the creamed butter. Transfer to serving dish, chill till ready to use. Serve cold, with hot grilled or fried fish.
