Raw Mushroom Dip

Whip cream cheese and onion until light and fluffy. Stir in mushrooms, salt and MSG. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve as a dip for crisp crackers or use as a spread for tiny open faced sandwiches, garnished with parsley.

Easy Cheesy Artichoke Dip

Drain and chop artichoke hearts. Mix with Pace, mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese. Spread into a pie plate or ovenproof casserole. Bake at 350F. for 20 minutes or until hot. For a festive touch, sprinkle with chopped red bell peppers and fresh cilantro. Place on a tray and surround with crackers, chips or vegetable dippers.

Spiced Ricotta Spread

1. In a bowl, mix together cheese, sugar, 1 tablespoon peel, and nutmeg. 2. Spoon mixture into a small bowl and sprinkle with remaining peel. If made ahead, cover and chill up to 2 days. Makes 1 1/2 cups.

Chili Cheese Log

Beat chili seasoning with cream cheese and salsa. Shape into a log and top with chopped nuts and Jack cheese. Chill until firm. Decorate as desired. Serve with assorted crackers and vegetables.

Black Cherry Yogurt Cream Dip

In blender, combine all ingredients; process 1-2 minutes or until smooth. Pour into small serving bowl; refrigerate 2 hours or until slightly thickened. Serve with fresh fruit dippers. NOTE: Can make this any flavor you want by changing the yogurt.

Bavarian Liverwurst Dip

Blend the liverwurst and sour cream until smooth and creamy. Add all the other ingredients, blending well. May be served at room temperature or chilled. Makes about 1 3/4 cups of dip. SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Cucumbers, Cherry Tomatoes, Radishes, Asparagus, Cocktail Rye Bread, Lavasch Crackers
