Thai Banana Salsa

1. Peel and halve lengthwise banana. In a nonstick 10-12″ frying pan over high heat, brown banana well in sesame oil, about 8 minutes. 2. Chop banana. Mix with raisins, cilantro, lemon peel and Japanese chili spice.

Fat-free Marshmallow Treats

Spray a 13 x 9 x 2″ pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a large saucepan over low heat, melt marshmallows . Stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Add sprinkles, cereal, and raisins, stir until well coated. Press into prepared pan. Cool; cut into bars.

Avocado Dip

In a mixing bowl, mash avocado. Add onion, mayonnaise, thyme, basil, rosemary, sage, marjoram, and sour cream. Mix well. serve with crackers or chips. Yields 2 cups.
