Calavo Guacamole Dip

pepper to taste Chop chili pepper, onion, garlic, peeled tomato and blend. Cut avocado into halves, remove seed and skin, mash with chili mixture. Blend in lemon or lime juice, salt, pepper, seasoned salt and dry mustard. Serve with crackers, corn chips, potato chips or tortillas. Makes 1 1/2 cups dip.

Turkey And Ham Rillette

2-3 tb melted butter Put ham and turkey into the bowl of your food processor and process using a pulsing action. Do not puree. Stir in softened butter, pepper and tarragon. Put into 3-4 small crocks. Refrigerate for an hour before covering with a thin layer of melted butter. Store in refrigerator.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Store in plastic bags or covered container. NOTE: Can change this by changing the chocolate graham bears and mini oreos for any small cookies or snacks desired.

Merry Munchy Cinnamon Snack

Heat oven to 300~. Mix cereal, pretzels and dried fruits in jelly-roll pan. Heat margarine and brown sugar over low heat. Pour over cereal mixture; toss to coat. Bake 10 minutes, stirring once; cool. Add cheese crackers and peanuts. Store in airtight container. Makes 8 cups.

Salsa Mexicana

This particular salsa is meant to be eaten fresh as it does not freeze well & looses its eye appeal by the second day. (use just enough to moisten the tomatoes and yield the desired texture) Mix together all ingredients and set aside at room temperature for about 30 minutes before using.
