White Chocolate Pecan Corn

Place popped popcorn in large bowl. Put candy coating in 1 quart glass measure; e on HIGH for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until shiny; stir to melt completely. Stir in pecans. Add to popcorn; stir well to coat. Spread on cookie sheet and allow to cool completely.

Cincinnati Beer-cheese Dip

Mix cheese, margarine, onion, garlic, worcestershire and Tabasco with electric mixer, gradually add beer until good consistency for dipping bread chunks. Refrigerate. Make serving bowl by hollowing out center rye bread, leaving a 1″ thick shell. Tear bread into chunks for dipping. Pour dip into the bread shell.

Cold Spinach Dip

Mix all. Refrigerate 2 days. Serve on crackers.

You may use either chunky or smooth peanut butter. If you dont like peanut sauce, try the “Tart Sweet Sauce – Midsummer Thai Dinner” recipe. Add peanut butter to a small bowl. Slowly whisk in remaining ingredients.

Snack Mix Bars

Grease 13×9″ pan. In large bowl, combine cereal, pretzels, peanuts and M&Ms. Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat; add peanut butter and marshmallows. Heat until smooth and completely melted, stirring occasionally. Pour over cereal mixture; toss to coat. With wet fingers, press mixture evenly in greased pan. Cool completely. Cut into bars.

Fruit-nut Mix

Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and toss to mix. Place in an airtight container or plastic bags and store in the refrigerator for up to six months. Makes about 3 1/4 lb or 11 cups.
